Returns Policy

At Organic Shades, we take pride in delivering pure, organic food products like raw honey. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share photo proof along with your order details. We will review the issue and, if the product is confirmed to be fully damaged, we will process a refund or replacement within 7–10 business days. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we're here to help resolve any genuine concerns.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
